How do I download and install the game client?+
Visit our Download page to get the full client. Extract the files to a folder on your PC, then run l2.exe. Make sure to configure the server address in l2.ini if it's not set automatically.
I can't connect to the server. What should I do?+
First, check our Discord for any maintenance announcements. If the server is online, verify your l2.ini has the correct server IP. Also make sure your firewall isn't blocking the game.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?+
Go to the Forgot Password page from the login screen. Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour.
How do I link my game account?+
Log in to the website, go to Dashboard > Manage Accounts, and use the account binding feature. You'll need the login name of your game account.
How does the donation/shop system work?+
Purchase DragonCoins through the Balance page in your dashboard. Then visit the Shop to spend your coins on item packs that will be delivered to your character in-game.
Can I have multiple accounts?+
Yes, you can register up to 5 game accounts per email address. Each account can have multiple characters.
My character is stuck. How do I unstick?+
Go to Dashboard > Manage Accounts, select the stuck character, and use the Unstuck feature. Your character will be teleported to the nearest town.
The game crashes or has graphical issues.+
Try running the game in compatibility mode (Windows 7/8). Make sure your graphics drivers are updated. Lowering in-game graphics settings can also help on older systems.
